01چرا این دو پارامتر مهم‌ترین تنظیمات هستند؟Why are these two settings the most important?

پیش از هر منطق پیشرفته‌ای مثل Lock یا BE، دو عددی که مستقیماً میزان ریسک هر معامله را تعیین می‌کنند Lot (حجم) و SL (Points) (فاصله‌ی حد ضرر) هستند. هر تصمیم دیگری که فارکس اکسپرت بعداً می‌گیرد، روی همین دو مقدار پایه سوار می‌شود؛ به همین دلیل درست تنظیم‌کردنشان اولین قدم مدیریت ریسک است. Before any advanced logic like Lock or BE comes into play, two numbers directly determine the risk of every trade: Lot (size) and SL (Points) (stop-loss distance). 02Lot چیست و چطور تنظیم می‌شود؟What is Lot and how is it set?

Lot حجم استانداردی است که برای هر پوزیشن جدید در نظر گرفته می‌شود. از پنل، با دکمه‌های + و − قابل تغییر است و بلافاصله روی دکمه‌های BUY و SELL اعمال می‌شود — یعنی معامله‌ی بعدی که باز می‌کنید، دقیقاً با همین حجم باز خواهد شد. Lot is the standard size used for every new position. It's adjustable from the panel with the + and − buttons, and takes effect immediately on the BUY and SELL buttons — meaning the next trade you open will use exactly that size.

نکته‌ی مهم: تغییر Lot در پنل، پوزیشن‌های باز را تغییر نمی‌دهد؛ فقط روی معاملات جدید اثر دارد. اگر بخواهید حجم یک پوزیشن باز را تغییر دهید، باید بخشی از آن را با Partial ببندید یا معامله‌ی جدیدی در همان جهت باز کنید. Important: changing Lot in the panel does not affect open positions — it only applies to new trades. To change the size of a position that's already open, close part of it with Partial or open a new trade in the same direction.

03SL (Points) چطور فاصله‌ی ریسک را مشخص می‌کند؟How does SL (Points) define the risk distance?

SL (Points) فاصله‌ی مجاز نوسان قیمت — بر حسب پوینت — پیش از خروج اجباری از معامله را مشخص می‌کند. هرچه این عدد بزرگ‌تر باشد، معامله فضای بیشتری برای نوسان طبیعی قیمت دارد، اما ریسک دلاری آن هم بیشتر می‌شود. SL (Points) sets the allowed price movement — in points — before the trade is forced closed. The larger this number, the more room the trade has for normal price fluctuation, but the dollar risk grows along with it.

The real risk of a trade isn't set by Lot alone, or SL alone, but by the product of the two. Two trades with different Lot and SL values can carry the same dollar risk — a larger Lot with a tighter SL, versus a smaller Lot with a wider SL. ForexExpert doesn't make this calculation for you; that decision is always yours, but because both values are adjustable instantly from one panel, you can fine-tune risk before every trade.
